Travco Properties is the latest addition to Travco International Holding, a member of the Middle East’s Leading Leisure Group. Travco Properties was founded by Hamed El Chiaty, Chairman and CEO of Travco Group who bears the experience of more than 27 years in tourism and property development in the lead of the hospitality industry. 2. What is our vision? The first project came to life in 2006 realizing the vision of providing premium summer houses in Egypt’s prime tourist and leisure destinations. 3. What are Travco Properties’ launching projects? Travco Properties presents two premier locations on Egypt’s coastal cities of Madinat Makadi in Hurghada, and Almaza Bay in Marsa Matrouh / North Coast. Since its development, the company has been actively securing land of prime locations all over Egypt. Additional locations will be later announced. 4. When are the units due to be delivered? The projects are equipped with all basic infrastructure needs including electricity, water and telephones. 23. Will there be maintenance for the building, the garden, and the pool in our absence and presence? For how much annually? Yes, by the assigned management company against charge, depending on the size of the unit. 24. Is there a 24-hour security service? Yes. 25. How can we ensure privacy with all the public facilities within the resorts? The resort has been master planned with the privacy of our guests as our utmost priority. 26. Will the garden be totally fenced or are the boundaries open to neighbors? Are there limits to fence heights? The villas will be separated from each other. Availability of fences depends upon location, and so will the height. 27. Can I add pergolas or any other structure in the garden? In general, the external look must be homogeneous upon our written approval and through our contractors, provided that no further construction will be carried out, or that it affects general layout, theme…etc. 28. Are there parking spaces for the units, and for how many cars? Yes, for one or two cars depending on unit size, in addition to the public ones. 29. Do the villas have private pools? Pools maybe built upon request and against charge. A choice of standard pool designs will be available. 30. What are the leisure and recreational facilities available at the resorts? Our leisure facilities include one of Egypt’ largest 19-hole championship golf courses, a state-of-the art Marina for yachts, horse-back-riding tracks, Tennis academy, water park, a health club, kids playground, and a shopping arcade featuring 300 shops, restaurants and cafes.
